But there is a reality that IT people must face this year. If they go before the funding board with an expensive proposal to continue investing in &quot;SOA&quot;, the proposal will be shot down. If you want your IT investment proposal to succeed this year, your must talk about more concrete things than &quot;SOA&quot;.</description>
